MYOB wins Canstar Blue Small Business Accounting Software Most Satisfied Customers 2023 award

We’re delighted to share that MYOB has taken out Canstar Blue’s Most Satisfied Customers — Small Business Accounting Software award.

Our accounting software for small business scored five stars for overall satisfaction and five stars in each satisfaction category — value for money, reporting, ease of use, design, functionality, ease of integration and client service.

About the awards

Canstar Blue’s awards are designed to help consumers make better purchasing decisions. The team conducts surveys to reveal the best-rated goods and services across over 300 categories.

Pleasingly, Canstar Blue’s research found MYOB’s customer satisfaction increased year on year since 2015, compared to the market average.

This is testament to the significant investment that we’ve made in MYOB Business over this period. Here are some other key findings from Canstar Blue’s market analysis:

  • 50% of respondents said their accounting software makes their business operations easier
  • 35% of respondents said an accountant recommended the accounting software they currently use
  • 49% of respondents said that accounting software is critical to their business
  • 39% of respondents said their accounting software contributes to their business growth.
